Welcome to Sacred Ember, a space where ancient wisdom meets modern transformation. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, I am a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine, blending ancestral traditions with contemporary approaches to guide individuals, animals, and organizations toward healing and alignment. My journey into shamanic energy medicine began with a life-altering event—a car accident that set me on a profound path of self-discovery. Guided by Xavier, a remarkable canine soul companion, I deepened my understanding of sacred connections, self-acceptance, and spiritual exploration. This journey took me to sacred landscapes like Mount Shasta and the South African Karoo, where my connection to Spirit and my path as a medicine woman were solidified. I trained with The Four Winds under Dr. Alberto Villoldo, completing a Master's in Shamanic Energy Medicine. This, along with my background as a Master Reiki Practitioner and Animal Communicator, allows me to integrate modern and ancient techniques in my work. Sacred Ember offers personalized healing sessions, transformative courses, and workshops rooted in the Quechua principle of Ayni—sacred reciprocity and harmony with all life. My work focuses is on helping individuals release trauma, overcome blockages, and embrace a life of joy, love, and empowerment. I also work with animals and their human caretakers, especially during times of transition, deepening their sacred connection. Through courses like Say Yes! 28 Days of Transformation and workshops based on the Hero’s Journey and Munay Ki Rites, Sacred Ember offers pathways to growth, healing, and integration.
