About Sampoorna Yoga

We are a traditional yoga teacher training school with a modern approach. ‘Sampoorna’ is a Sanskrit word that means ‘full’, ‘total’, and ‘absolute’. Therefore, Sampoorna Yoga signifies ‘complete yoga’ or ‘yoga in its fullness’. We place equal emphasis on all eight limbs of yoga as described by sage Patanjali in Ashtanga Yoga. This is why we named our yoga aschool as Sampoorna Yoga. Our name, ‘Sampoorna Yoga’, truly reflects our aim to impart to our yoga students through our teachings. This theme of totality and wholeness permeates the teachings we provide, the respect we hold for yoga traditions, and the acceptance of students from all traditions and lineages. We take pride in delivering exceptional and comprehensive yoga teacher training courses and classes to support you on your yoga journey. Our yoga teacher training center in Goa, India, specializes in comprehensive YTTC programs tailored to meet diverse needs. We provide immersive 200-hour YTT courses in Ashtanga Vinyasa and also in Hatha & Yin Yoga, alongside a 300-hour Advanced Vinyasa Flow Training program, and a 50-hour Yin Yoga TTC. Expanding our reach, we’ve launched our 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow YTTC in Bali, Indonesia. Annually, we host a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Spanish at our Goa retreat center. For flexibility, we also offer online courses including 200-hour YTTC, 50-hour Yin Yoga TTC, 50-hour Pranayama TTC, 50-hour Yoga Nidra TTC, 50-hour Advanced Sequencing Vinyasa Flow YTTC, and 50-hour Hands-On Adjustment TTC, all designed for self-paced learning.
