Repairs: Semibot offers complete repair services for semiconductor robots, pre-aligners, indexers and tracks, robot arm tooling, including automatic tool changers, multi-axis force/torque sensing systems, robotic deburring tools, robotic collision sensors, rotary joints, and compliance devices. Potential problems are identified before a failure occurs and each unit is thoroughly tested. Semibot specializes in Equipe/PRI/Brooks, Genmark, MECS and Cybeq as well as other prevalent brands. Refurbishment: Semibot refurbishing restores your older equipment back to original factory specifications, extending its life and asset value. Refurbishing can include retrofitting or upgrading, taking advantage of current technological advances. Any engineering enhancements, new software releases or upgrades which have been developed since the equipment was introduced can also be added, to create a refurbished robot with up-to-date functionality.
