About SERF

Founded in 1973 by Mr. André Rambert, an engineer, SERF (Society for Studies, Research and Manufacturing) manufactures and sells orthopedic implants for Hip, Knee and Foot worldwide. In 1975, the concept of Dual Mobility (Novae®) born from the collaboration between Mr. Rambert and Professor Gilles Bousquet (orthopedic surgeon at the CHU of St-Etienne, France) gave SERF a worldwide recognition in the field of orthopedics implants. In 2014, creation of Serf Extremity, a subsidiary specializing in the development of orthopedic implants for the foot. In 2015, OneOrtho Medical joined Menix. Its specialization in digital technologies for the production of tailor-made implants and ancillaries gives SERF an opening towards digital solutions in orthopedics. SERF's ambition is to remain a key player in orthopedic implants worldwide!
