Sharkbanz is the global leader in shark deterrent technology. In 2014, we designed and developed the first-ever active shark deterrent band, which utilizes simple, effective, and patented magnetic technology in order to deter sharks and reduce the risk. Worn by casual beachgoers, divers, and ocean athletes around the world and sold in over 200 retail doors. In 2020, we launched our Sharkbanz Fishing division, offering the world's first shark deterrent tackle - helping recreational and commercial fishermen protect their catch and addressing a major sustainability issue facing fisheries globally. Our products are the result of over a decade’s worth of peer-reviewed scientific research on the use of magnetic technology as an active and effective shark deterrent. No batteries, no charging, simple, and affordable. We pledge to donate a percentage of profits to ocean conservation groups with targeted efforts to pass legislation and affect measurable, positive change on our world's oceans.
