SAS is the name of Sharon's jazz, r&b, and pop duo who has been creating music and leading bands for over 25 years. Sharon Rae (vocals) and Shelly Davis (keyboards) entertain people from all over the world at all types of events. Presently, their home base in Denver. Performance venues include Dazzle Jazz Club, Universal Studios City Jazz, Downtown Disney, House of Blues, Regent 7 Seas Cruise Line, Westin, Hyatt, Ritz Carlton to name just a few. Sharon Rae is a singer, songwriter, music director and producer. She possesses a beautiful voice that is strong, sensual and a open and lovely stage presence .She also plays drums and guitar and loves making positive, feel good music. She studied music of the Great American Songbook at a young age. Later, her interests broadened to include R&B, pop and rock and unique blues and jazz. Her voice is reminiscent of Etta James, Bonnie Raitt, Diana Krall, Sade, Nancy Wilson and others.
