Established in 1972 Singleton & Smart Ltd have achieved success providing building services on a national scale to clients who include major names in the hotel and leisure industry. Operating from our Head Offices situated on Chorley Road Blackpool we pride ourselves in having the flexibility and diversity to undertake projects ranging from maintenance programmes to million pound contracts. Our portfolio includes speculative residential developments, extensions, refurbishment and conversion of office complexes and public houses together with all manner of maintenance and repair work. Our workforce consists of trained experienced site agents who hold SMSTS certificates and are all first aiders, together with joiners and bricklayers. In order to maintain our ability to meet the diversity of our clients, we operate with a network of sub-contractors who carry a high standard of trained operatives in each of their fields As well as undertaking refurbishment projects we have also offer maintenance and call out services to many clients and have completed many larger new build projects for both public and private clients including detached homes, swimming pools and pavilions. Our in-house joiners shop can provide bespoke windows, doors, staircases, bars, screens and all manufactured components. Our staff are highly trained and loyal, many having completed their apprenticeships within the company. We are fully compliant with all CDM Regulations, all our sites operating under full CDM rules. Our Health and Safety record is exemplary being constantly monitored by our in house Health and Safety representative and subject to external scrutiny. We are NHBC members and have a close relationship with the Construction Industry Training Board to ensure constant updating of skills, we are also an Altius approved contractor as recognised by the industry.
