We are the CAP-EXperts. We help commercial real estate owners, managers and facility managers with large Capital Expenditure projects. We are a National consulting firm with projects ranging from New Jersey to San Diego and anywhere in between. We focus on larger projects like: roofing, paving, ADA accessibility, concrete, Tenant improvements, solar and HVAC. We can help push projects through the city approval process and have our own in house design team for projects that require plan development. Our primary objective, as a company, is to PROTECT our clients. After over 50 years of combined experience we found that owners and managers could use more specific guidance on larger Capital projects. We lean heavy on educating our clients on options and potential risks to make sure they are making the best decision possible as it relates to their asset strategy. As investors ourselves we understand how important underwriting and asset performance is. We can connect budgets to asset strategy and life expectancy. Although we do prefer certain products we are a true third party. We pick what's best for the project after we have evaluated and compared asset information to asset strategy. We operate in one of 4 phases typically: - Due Diligence and Acquisition support. - Evaluating assets for larger maintenance or renovation projects. - Write bid packages for project procurement. - Oversee and monitor the construction process.
