WE SHARE CONNECTIONS WHO ARE WE AND WHY DO WE EXIST? We're really glad you asked these questions. We are a couple of Boomers who woke up one day and decided that just because we are over 65, we are not going to roll over and die inside. And so we made a decision. Why should we as digital immigrants waste all the years of valuable knowledge and experience acquired in the old analogue world, without sharing this treasure with the new digital citizens. Its our aim to blend Youth and technology with Boomers and experience. We are not professing to be experts at anything, but wait just a minute that is not exactly true. Michael the 1945 model has over 5 decades of experience in Fashion Retailing, Manufacturing, and Marketing in North America and England where he was born, and Brian, a 1948 model graduated in 1974 at Wits University in Johannesburg as a Chartered Accountant. Now, have we made mistakes on the way?, absolutely, but as Oscar Wilde said "Experience is the name we give to our mistakes" We pride ourselves after all these years on possessing good judgment, because as everybody knows, good judgment comes from experience, and experience comes from bad judgment. Whoever visits our website will not find any old speak, hucksterism, or blather. You will however find integrity, as we try together to figure out a solution to what we as Boomers consider to be one of todays major economic issues.. Retail today, is it in crisis or not? With so many major retailers closing their doors, that's why we asked this question. There is no doubting that traditional Bricks and Mortar stores have taken a hit since the online revolution.
