We offer all phases of land surveying, including but not limited to ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Category 1A Condition II surveys, Residential Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Construction Surveys, Platting Services and Elevation Certificates. - Established in 1980 by Fred W. Lawton, RPLS & PE a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, along with his son Fred F. Lawton, RPLS., as a family owned and operated company we take pride in our company. Fred has taken the time to hand pick all of the staff at South Texas Surveying Associates, Inc. as it is important to have a strong team and a dedicated leader. For over three decades our work model has been the same, to provide a quality product in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Our knowledgeable staff is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of our clients no matter what their project may be.
