Sports Med Ireland was founded by Mark McCabe MSc (Sports Med), MISCP, CSCS in 2005. We operate from a state of the art functional training and rehabilitation facility in a convenient, easily accessible city centre location. All our Physiotherapists offer an active approach to rehab incorporating therapeutic exercise. We also emphasise educating the client regarding their condition and the latest evidence based treatment approach. We emphasise using cost effective treatment by educating the client how they can manage and treat/rehab their injury. We aim to achieve good outcome goals without excessive appointments. Clients are given goal based exercise programmes that are progressive in nature to complete between sessions.
