Sportswik provides a white label app & media platform for user generated content, livestreaming, fan engagement and innovative sponsor/partner activations. The service is licensed to federations, leagues and rights holders, e.g. the Swedish Football Association, Ontario Soccer, Swiss Unihockey & International Floorball Federation. With the official federation/league apps, users can post pictures, videos, commenting and cheering, combined with lineups, livescore and livestreaming by team or club admins and reporters or AI-cameras, giving any amateur or youth match the same type of coverage as the big ones. In 2020 Min Fotboll, the instance of the Sportswik platform for the Swedish FA, was one of the world’s biggest platforms for live streamed football, with 24 387 matches streamed from Swedish amateur and youth competitions. With content and data ownership, digital traffic and engagement now taking place in their own platforms, and innovative digital sponsor activation features, the federations have also been able to convert the boosted digital engagement around amateur and youth into substantial new revenues from sponsors and partners, for rights that didn´t previously exist.
