Founded by Steven R. Gilmore in 1994, SRG Design specializes in the field of corporate and entertainment design. A background in DJing at a Vancouver nightclub introduced Steven R. Gilmore to the music industry which led to his first record sleeve design. Since that time, he has created over 200 record sleeves working for several record labels and his work has appeared in numerous design periodicals and books. Of note, SRG designed the packaging and related promotional materials for the movie soundtracks of "300", "Watchmen", "The Dark Knight" as well as for "The Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers" and the Academy Award-winning soundtrack for "The Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King". SRG has created corporate identities and promotional items for such companies as Dita Eyewear, Virgin Interactive Entertainment, Industrial Light and Magic, Miramax Films, 20th Century Fox, New Line Cinema, Xerox and Coca-Cola as well as promotional material for fashion retail outlets and dance companies. SRG currently resides in Los Angeles where he continues his endeavors in the design and fine arts fields.
