For new product and platform development, Step Ocean can act as the initial Product Owner, collecting market demands and requirements, preparing the business case and interfacing with the Engineering team for development. Step Ocean can also assist in key account capture management, developing win-themes and submitting winning proposals. Special projects for process improvements and project recovery are also among supported services. As a Board Member or Advisor, Step Ocean can provide invaluable insights on identity management, AI, digital wallet and responsible use of biometrics and facial recognition in government and commercial markets.
