Professional Education and Experience: Helping residential real estate clients make informed decisions since 1991 as they sell their current home or buy their next home. Real Estate education and experience earned the designation as Associate Broker in both Indiana and Arizona. With additional education and experience, I earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification. National Customer Service Award winner based on feedback from clients after closing the sale or purchase of their homes. Other Education: Graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Business and Accounting. Former Certified Public Accountant in both Indiana and Arizona with over 32 years experience as an active CPA. Advance degree from Arizona State University, obtaining a Certified Public Manager designation. Outside Interests: Served as State Referee Administrator for the United States Soccer Federation in Indiana. Officiated over 200 matches per year for several years in youth, high school, college and senior level soccer. I hosted sixteen FIFA referees during the Pan American Games when they were held in Indianapolis. My current interest in the sport is as an avid fan and supporter of my grandsons. Personal Information: My wife and I have been married since 1967. We have a son, daughter-in-law and three grandsons, and we have been fortunate to be very involved with four generations of our family over the years. Served in the U.S. Army beginning in 1969, and honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant in 1971.
