We love making delicious sauce. We can’t put it any simpler. We like our food simple, good and delicious so we make our sauces that way too. Unique recipes prepared in small batches with great ingredients and absolutely no cutting corners. Like Tomato Ketchup made with juicy Italian tomatoes, creamy Real Mayonnaise made with extra virgin olive oil and free range eggs, and a traditional British Brown Sauce built on a healthy splash of real date puree. We make all our sauces at our “saucery” in the heart of rural Suffolk. In fact some of us have been making sauce together for almost 20 years. The Stokes Way - We use real food ingredients for real food flavour. - We make our sauces ourselves and won’t ask others to do it. - Our recipes are our own. - We only make sauces we would serve at our own table. - Our jars and bottles are fully reusable, not just recyclable Food made better. It’s what we believe in. It’s why we say it on every jar. We supply an number of customers across various industries including: Hospitality, Retail, Transport and Food Service. Our well known customers include: British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, DFDS, Centre Parks, Loch Fyne, Waitrose, Ocado and Gressingham.
