Straight-Line provide a range of both temporary and permanent Staff Solutions to the rail, industrial, engineering, highways and construction industries. To ensure the quality of our workforce we rotate trusted and vetted individuals/gangs leaving us confident that any staff provided will go above and beyond to ensure your projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Our directors first entered the construction industry over 25 years ago, opening a Reinforced Concrete business. 10 years later, after many years of unreliable staff, they opened a niche labour supply division within the concrete business. Eventually, in 2021, they opened a company to exclusively tackle Staffing Solutions with the vision of supplying reliable labour nationwide. Our policies are continuously reviewed in collaboration with our partner organisations and, we believe in complete transparency.
