Whether it is feelings of anxiety, low mood, difficulties with managing life transitions, or dealing with trauma, Strive2Thrive can help. We offer a range of tailored clinical psychology solutions to help individuals and groups to optimise their wellbeing and achieve their potential including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. Our team is led by Dr Ross White (BPS Chartered Clinical Psychologist, HCPC accredited Psychology Practitioner). Dr White is an Association of Contextual Behavioral Science peer-reviewed trainer of ACT and lead author of the book: 'Acceptance and Commitment Approaches to Athletes' Wellbeing and Performance: The Flexible Mind'. Strive2Thrive also provide services to professionals who are developing their psychotherapy practice.
