About Students' Business Club
Students' Business Club (SKN Biznesu) is one of the leading organizations at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Its prestige stems primarily from continuous improvement of our operations and never shying away from a big challenge. Our team is an elite group of talented and creative young people, distinguished by their commitment and enthusiasm for work. Our goal is to provide them with an environment for growth and valuable experience. That is why we organize one of the largest and most recognizable projects at SGH. We always think big and our events are organized in cooperation with representatives of the leading companies from the business world. Our events have a huge thematic range, which generates lots of interest and makes us one of the fastest growing organizations at the Warsaw School of Economics. We organize, among others, projects such as ‘Let's Start Up’, an event focusing on entrepreneurship, setting up your own business and the latest technologies; ‘High School Business Challenge’, which is the largest and most popular student business competition for high school students, attracting several thousand high school students every year or ‘MedBiz Days’, a conference discussing the subject of management and finances in the health sector. The group was established in 2011, and it did not take long for it to have an effect; among our alumni there are the owners of companies, startups and employees that are highly sought-after in the labor market. Every year, our projects attract crowds of interested people, and from year to year we see an increase in applications to join SKN, even exceeding 400.
