About Studio Sound Service
Studio Sound Service is a design and consultancy company working globally in the fields of acoustics. Established in 1983, we are currently the leading Italian company dedicated to the design of acoustic spaces for music and audio/video productions, being also rewarded in this fields with international awards. We are specialised in the design of several kind of different spaces, figuring out the best solutions for critical listening, acoustic comfort and visual integration for recording studios, mastering, A/V productions and dubbing rooms, radio stations, tv/cinema and dubbing studios and audio facilities in general. Our experience in the audio facilities field led us to collaborate with recognised architecture firms on the construction and restoration of theatres and auditoria, religious buildings, live music halls, arenas, stadiums, corporate facilities with offices and multimedia conference halls where specific acoustic quality must be ensured for proper music and speech performances. The English professional audio magazine Resolution has reviewed some of our works (PPG Studio, House of Glass, InHouse, The Garage Studio, Mulinetti Recording Studio, Fox UK, Vinai, Diego Calvetti Platinum Studio, SonicFab, Aemme Recording), and three projects made it to the front cover. We have nominations for Resolution magazine ‘Resolution Awards’ in the category “Best Audio Facility” for the House of Glass Studio in 2013, the The Garage Studio in 2014 and the Mulinetti Studio in 2015.
