About Summer Consultants

Summer Consultants, Inc. is a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) engineering, commissioning, and architecture design and consulting firm. We are a small business specializing in the repair, renovation and rehabilitation of federal, institutional, higher education, and historic facilities. We are the prime consultant on nearly 80% of our projects, and we are experienced with leading multi-discipline A/E teams. Every project requires a tailored solution. Our engineers and architects design “on-site, in the field,” developing creative options to meet project challenges and needs. We design with long-term sustainability in mind, focusing not only on high efficiency, but also system maintainability.
