About Sunar Investment

The Sunar Investment, a rising value in Türkiye’s agriculture-based industry and food sector, exports its own brand to more than 100 countries across six continents. With nearly half a century of experience, over 1,200 employees, and a wide range of products, the Sunar Investment aims to become one of the largest agriculture-based industrial groups in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, thanks to its high capacity, vast accumulation of knowledge, and extensive experience. The foundation of the Sunar Group was laid in the early 1970s with the prudent and courageous investments made by its founder, Hacı Nuri Çomu, in the field of cotton and paddy. Although the cotton and paddy factory established in 1974 in Çukurova no longer operates due to challenges in the cotton industry, the group's oldest company, Sunar Un ve Yem, was established in Osmaniye in 1976 as a flour mill. Over the years, several companies have joined the group, including Sunar Yem in 1997, Sunar Mısır founded in Adana in 1985, NÇS and Elita Gıda established in 2006, Sunar Pazarlama founded in 2010, and Sunar NP, founded in 2014. The Sunar Group operates with six different companies in various sectors of the agriculture-based industry. Sunar Mısır produces and sells starch and starch-based products, Elita Gıda produces and sells vegetable oils for retail and Horeca, Sunar Un ve Yem produces and sells flour and feed, NÇS produces and sells fresh fruit, and Sunar NP, with four decades of experience in corn-based ingredient production, is the first certified bio-polymer producer in Türkiye. The external commercial activities of the Sunar Investment are managed by Sunar Pazarlama.
