This approach carries over too to Surepath Consulting, the part of the company that specialises in geotechnical design and appraisal. We are passionate about helping all people, and our vision is quite simply to help you make the most of you and your staff through: • disseminating knowledge • developing understanding • guiding the application of that knowledge and understanding We understand too that staff development is much more than offering training courses. Yes it requires some form of training, but it is also about delivering that learning at the right time to suit your business needs. We aim to engender in your staff a life-long learning ethos and self-directed critical approach to their future learning and development that will increase their potential for career advancement. Critically in today’s market, we understand too that value for money and flexibility are key constraints. Accordingly we are committed to flexing our delivery method and times to meet your needs as far as possible. For example, delivery could be at the work place or at an external venue, in normal working hours or out of hours, and could be through day events or a series of linked seminars.
