Survivor Florida is dedicated to developing essential teamwork and leadership skills through immersive, competitive experiences. While 80% of employers cite teamwork as one of the top three skills they seek in recent graduates, students often lack opportunities for constructive feedback in this area. Our mission is to bridge that gap by simulating and filming the reality TV show Survivor, providing students with an engaging platform to learn, grow, and refine their leadership abilities. A game of Survivor represents the most intense and focused form of leadership development. Through our events, participants undergo a transformative experience, learning how to manage group conflict, build resilience, hold peers accountable, and form effective teams—all under high-pressure, real-world conditions. At Survivor Florida, we prepare students for success in the workplace by challenging them to navigate the complexities of teamwork, leadership, and personal growth in a dynamic environment.
