Talk Listen Care, TLC for short - is a newly founded (CIO) Charity no:1174985. 'Providing Accessible emotional support by way of quality counselling and wellbeing services to meet the need of disadvantaged people within our community, alleviating emotional suffering, improving life prospects and decreasing long-term mental health illness.’ Currently, TLC is also looking for and recruiting trustees and volunteers. TLC Services • Accessible emergency emotional first aid (Drop-in) no appointment or waiting list • One to one counselling = Adults, Children, Adolescents and family work with a variety of models offered. • Group work for specific vulnerable groups • Outreach, the same as above but in other locations, church halls, youth groups, libraries and Schools. • Psycho-educational we will run a variety of courses such as ‘How to cope with a teenager ‘, ‘parenting twins’ and general parenting. Help with sleep and exam stress workshops. • Critical Incident Debriefing – Available to Schools, and organizations in the aftermath of a trauma. • Mindfulness, relaxation and stress management Contact email: talklistencare@mail.com
