Originally known as TCS Cable, Inc. out of Texas, the company's gradual participation in major construction projects around the country led to a national recognition and the expansion of TCS operations from a regional contractor to a national contractor. TCS as a nationwide, full-service contractor specializes in telecommunications construction services. TCS is a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly traded Dycom Industries, Inc. (DY).
