Team RED was founded in 2006 by Kathryn Kleber and her husband Kirk Kleber. They successfully stayed full-time in real estate through the Great Recession, continuing to grow and navigate the company through ever-changing markets, ultimately leading into the current Seller’s Market that we are experiencing. In 2021, the team earned the Double Platinum Award with Keller Williams Realty in addition to Kathryn Kleber being identified as one of the top 100 Keller Williams Realty Brokers based on production in the NW Region including WA, ID, OR and MT. Building on the success in Washington State, we are delighted that Heather Hamilton has taken her Team RED experience to open an expansion territory covering Oklahoma and Arkansas! Team RED is composed of 7 Team RED colleagues, 5 agents and 2 full-time administrative staff. Team RED has developed a concierge services program that includes a wide range of trusted service providers and licensed contractors. Before being in Real Estate, Kathryn owned a market research company and an advertising agency. Kathryn and Kirk are also owners and property managers of several residential rental properties. These areas of expertise complement Team RED’s concierge services and full-service project management approach, helping clients strategize their real estate goals and decisions. Team RED is a united group of resourceful, experienced and dedicated Realtors, supported by a Central Administrative Hub.
