I wondered how many other courageous owners were scrambling to survive in this new digital social landscape. What i discovered was they were looking for answers and sound technical advice but couldn’t afford the technical overhead of the necessary personnel to effectively navigate those waters. How does a company connect personally with their customers in a socially distant world while managing their overhead effectively and still focus on their core business? They needed knowledgeable advice on howto achieve their goals within a budget.
