About The Ark Post Production
The Ark is a long established independent Post Production and media services facility operating in two central locations - London Bridge and King’s Cross. We specialise in the storage, management and delivery of International television programmes to all territories, specifications and platforms including DPP, iTunes, Netflix, Amazon and Google. Our experienced team of MCR operators can QC your material to any UK and International broadcast spec including BBC Worldwide, Discovery, Sky Vision and DPP. We encode and transcode from all tape/file sources to all recognised formats and re-version material to meet all international delivery specifications. Our King’s Cross facility offers 4x fully equipped offline and online edit suites, QC suites and encoding rooms including 4k and UHD HDR facilities. We also have a fully equipped ProTools Audio Suite that has 5.1 monitoring and the ability to handle Dolby E decoding and encoding including a voiceover booth. The facility in London bridge is more focused on Film and Video Restoration as we have our Film scanner and full 4k Colour Grading suite based there.
