The Balanced Woman is an integrative woman’s health and medical practice owned by board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Dr. MariaLisa Lambert. Dr. Lambert applies holistic techniques to traditional practices, using vitamins, nutrition, hormones and lifestyle-management as guides for her principals. Dr. Lambert treats all women of all ages: Each stage of life brings new changes in a woman’s healthcare plan and it is important to have the proper guidance as your body and mind undergo these developments. Throughout her 24 years of practice, Dr. Lambert has developed an alternative approach to menopause which utilizes bio-equivalent hormones while incorporating other tailored methods such as diet and exercise. She provides diagnostic procedures such as endometrial biopsies, colposcopies and office LEEP procedures. Dr. Lambert’s philosophy has always been to offer comprehensive and compassionate care that is customized to her patients’ needs. She believes in treating the whole person rather than isolating the illness. The Balanced Woman opened in November, 2017, opening the doors to women who were seeking various forms of treatment. While The Balanced Woman offers standard practices of GYN care, it also provides women the opportunity to explore unique remedies which are suitable to their needs. The Balanced Woman’s main objective is to help its patients maintain a healthy, happy, and balanced lifestyle. Positive change starts with basic foundations.
