Constructed in the place of the Rocky Mountain Fire Brick Works, The Eddy pays homage to its craftsman roots, layering every design feature with purposeful intention, mirroring the art of the craft of brick foundations of the past. A casual retreat, The Eddy delivers 49 rooms designed for true outdoor enthusiasts featuring design and decor that honors the rich industrial history of Golden. Our food truck, Truck Eddy, is always on the go bringing mouth-watering authentic BBQ and rich, creamy milkshakes straight to the guests of The Eddy and the locals of Golden. The Taproom will offer approachable Mountain Cuisine boasting a hearty menu focused on seasonality and the use of local Rocky Mountain ingredients including farm fresh produce, cattle and game all harvested by Colorado farmers. Honest and comforting menu items, paired with Golden’s vibrant local craft brews and an innovative cocktail program.
