The Good Work Collective is a trauma-informed workforce development initiative based in Cleveland, Ohio, designed for individuals impacted by justice involvement, foster care, and systemic barriers. Through holistic, high-touch programs, we provide job and life skills training, leadership development, and wraparound support that empowers people to reclaim their narrative and build sustainable futures. Our model blends real-world work experience with coaching in communication, emotional intelligence, financial literacy, job skills and career readiness—meeting people where they are and walking with them toward where they want to be. We're not just preparing people for jobs—we’re equipping them for good work and good lives. As we grow our impact through community-based partnerships and nationwide program expansion, we welcome collaboration with funders, employers, and changemakers who believe in second chances and the power of economic mobility.
