The Inspiring Manager Collective is committed to helping people embody the 3 Principles of Inspirational Leadership and Practice the 9 Inspiring Skills. The Collective has 3 parts. First is the The Inspiring Manager Program which helps leaders explore the 3 Principles and apply the 9 skills into their organization. The Principles are: #1: Do No Harm - Which requires developing the skills; Advanced Self-Awareness, Extraordinary Listening, and Emotional Mastery ~ #2: Influence Well-Being - Which requires developing the skills; Meaningful Appreciation, Powerful Encouragement and Enabling Productivity ~ #3: Facilitate Growth - Which requires developing the skills; No-Criticism Coaching, Clear Expectations, and Persuasive Vision. Second - The Inspiring Manager Show is a monthly (mostly virtual) event for the public to hear from 3 Managers how they apply the Inspiring Principles in their organization. and Third - the free community, which is made up of past clients or invited guests and can participate in discussions about the challenges of being an inspiring leader.
