The Market Family is a new marketing agency that helps family brands connect with their audience. We have a new and unique way of working, developed from our understanding of how to communicate with families. This new way of working is called ‘Family Approval’ and nothing leaves our agency without it. We’re specialists. Because we only do family brands we ‘get it’ – from conception, bump and birth, through to the school years and the things that go in between – we understand what happens along the journey. We’re different too. Our insights aren’t generated by a solitary focus group, they’re part of how we work. We stay at the heart of family life every single day. By going on family safaris, meeting with our Family Panel and with our family consumer groups,we make sure that you are always in the know and we can help turn these insights into action. The Market Family can provide help with your brand strategy, guide you through new product development, road test a product or service and provide traditional agency marketing and design services. Our company may be shiny and new, but our experienced is vast. We are experienced marketeers, many of whom are mums, who have shaped the future and delivered success for family brands. We’ve been working on family brands for years as part of our big sister – The Market Creative.
