About The Nation Group

The Nation Group comprises of four companies linked to provide a wide range of security related services for clients whatever their requirements - from door staff for bars and nightclubs to major international sporting events and festivals • Security Nation • Nation Training • Nation Care Support • Feed the Nation Nation Care Support was created as the Nation Group recognised the need to protect not only care workers and NHS staff that could be at risk of violence and conflict from patients. We evolved into the world of mental health safety whilst maintaining physical protection but with the knowledge to recognise and assist in the care of challenging behaviour while having the sensitivity to deal with the person as a patient, not a criminal. This division of the Group also provides transport for patients in a safe, secure environment - we have the capacity to carry medical staff, if necessary, without them fearing violence towards them during the journey. Our purpose-built vehicles are all equipped with the latest video recording technology. Feed the Nation is our charitable side of the Nation Group born out of necessity. At Security Nation, we found a significant flaw across the security industry that there is a lack of interest in the welfare of security staff. A well-fed team is a happy team and Security Nation addressed this challenge head-on by investing in our own catering van and chef to ensure that all our team are fed and ready to perform at their best, not only for the client, but for the customers too. It was at this time we felt it would be a good opportunity for the Nations Group to give a little back to the community, just to make a small difference to the homeless people in Southampton and local families who rely on food banks. This has become a regular event where our staff take the catering van in Southampton regularly to dispense hot food
