During her time at Costco, the Mentee Ring program that she founded shaped over 200 employees and earned recognition from the CEO, Craig Jelinek. However, what may be unknown is that Ellin’s journey to these accomplishments emerged from the depths of adversity. She is a three-time breast cancer survivor, widowed in her mid-40s, and raised her teenage daughters without their father Her mantra: “Don’t Find Yourself. Define Yourself and Go Beyond” encapsulates her indomitable spirit.
