About The Speakmans

Nik & Eva Speakman have studied & worked together since 1992, both sharing an uncontainable passion to help people lead happier and less inhibited lives. They are resident life-change therapists on ITV’s multi award-winning ‘This Morning’ and have had their own TV shows, one of which, ‘The Speakmans’, also aired on ITV. The Speakmans help people globally through many mediums in the corporate & personal space, including live workshops, tours, books, podcasts, radio and television. At the heart of all of their plans lies a relentless mission to assist as many people as possible to overcome their issues, and to help them to improve the quality of their lives. After many remarkable breakthroughs, Nik & Eva's studies transformed into the creation of their own behavioural change therapy known as ‘Schema Conditioning.’® They have also created a further exceptional trauma-based therapy, ‘Visual Schema Displacement.’® Since 2015, The Speakmans have been working with psychology professors at Universities in Amsterdam and Utrecht who are conducting scientific studies into the workings of their therapy, and the scientific papers proving its remarkable efficacy in the first two scientific studies was published in June 2019. A third paper into the next scientific study of ‘VSDT’® further outlining its success & efficacy was published in May 2021.
