About Therapy? It's a Thing!
If you are dealing with a crisis, feeling helpless, overwhelmed, hopeless, or alone, know there is support for managing life's difficulties or personal challenges. I am warm, open, encouraging, and direct when needed. It is my intent to develop a strong therapeutic alliance to support your treatment goals and objectives. Additionally, I offer consulting services that may involve working with attorneys, educational systems, or serve as a liaison to support our most vulnerable individuals/groups in the community. I have over 18 years of experience in public child welfare, including advocacy, mentoring and leadership roles. I work with children, youth, and adults using therapeutic modalities (ie. Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Tx (CBT), Trauma Informed, Solution Focused) tailored to empower my clients with tools needed for resilience, balance and wellness.
