Think Therapy 1st (TT1st) is a nationwide provider of clinician-led, Specialist Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy (SROT). Our experienced SROTs lead and coordinate the multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team around each client, ensuring joined-up, effective rehabilitation from the start. We support clients following severe or catastrophic injury, as well as those managing complex short- or long-term conditions. Using a full-spectrum rehabilitation approach, SROTs address all areas of daily life — from self-care and mobility to returning to work, education, or meaningful roles within the family and community. Therapy is client-led and delivered in the injured person’s own environment, with goals tailored to their needs and aspirations. Each bespoke programme is grounded in evidence-based practice and designed to deliver measurable outcomes. We work closely with referrers across the UK to ensure therapy is timely, effective, and centred around the client.
