About Thriving Elements
Thriving Elements is a high quality 1 on 1 mentoring program whose mission is to create access and opportunities for underprivileged girls in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). Our vision is to develop & empower women leaders in STEM to make a sustainable impact in their communities and inspire the next generation of women leaders. This is achieved by creating a sustainable and structured mentoring program. The goal is not to replicate any other existing STEM programs such as tutoring, computer programming, robotics, chemistry labs or SAT/ACT prep. Rather Thriving Elements creates a network of partners via individuals, non-profit organizations, and businesses in which mentors are trained to create access to these partners for their mentees.
