In order to grow all great things must evolve! Factory Direct Mattress and Furniture started as a warehouse mattress store off of Table Rock three years ago. Relocating to our downtown Medford, Oregon storefront a year ago transformed the customer experience. We decided that is was time to change the name to encompass our store’s mission. We are still a locally family-owned and operated business with an emphasis on the customer’s experience. The cozy storefront allows us to connect with customers where they are most comfortable. Don’t fret if you can’t make it during normal business hours; we offer in-home, online, and one-on-one appointments to cater to your needs. Our boutique style atmosphere allows for an eclectic mix of both mass manufactured and custom-tailored pieces significantly below retail. Home décor and bedding collections are the perfect interior design pieces to complete your aesthetic and make it feel like home. We also have an incredible selection of locally made artisan items ranging from beautiful wall art to hand-crafted candles, because supporting local is very important to us. The primary concern is to deliver style and comfort straight to you. With a personal touch and competitive pricing, we can help you create style that hits home. Most importantly, we believe that everyone in Southern Oregon can and should have a beautiful home.
