TIVA Tiskara is engaged in printing and publishing. Our main office is in the center of the baroque town of Varazdin, near the market - the popular "Varaždin Plac", just a minute walk away from the main square. We grounded back at 1848. year, we exist and are working more than 160 years. We employ about thirty graphical workers. Carry out quality and fast all the requirements of our customers from the simplest, but not less important, to the most demanding printing products and services. Mid-2000. we started with the implementation of quality management systems - standard ISO 9001. In early 2001. years we have successfully certified according to the ISO 9001 quality management system and thus become one of the top five printers with this certificate in Croatia. ISO 9001 sets out eight quality management principles used by management to lead the organization on improving skills. These are: customer orientation, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making, and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers. ISO 9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization must demonstrate its ability to deliver products that meet customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, and when trying to increase customer satisfaction.
