Conveniently located off Interstate 495, it is strategically located among and nearly equal distant to Boston and Worcester, Massachusetts and Providence, Rhode Island. Ideally situated between Plainridge Park Casino and Patriot Place/Gillette Stadium. Home to New England’s premier waterfront venue Lake Pearl Wrentham, Ledgeview at Wrentham a 50-acre mixed use development and New England’s largest outdoor outlet shopping center the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, featuring over 170 brand name stores in one location. The Wrentham Village Premium Outlet Mall is an international destination that attracts over thirteen million annual visitors. Wrentham is a quintessential New England town and a full-service municipal organization. It has two large lakes towards the center of town, Lake Pearl and Lake Archer, as well as Mirror Lake on the Wrentham/Norfolk border and numerous smaller lakes. Sheldonville, or West Wrentham, is a rural section of Wrentham located on the western leg of town. Sheldonville still maintains a unique identity as the old farming section of Wrentham with active commercial orchards. Wrentham has a classic New England governance structure led by a five-member Board of Selectmen and an open town meeting acting as the legislative body.
