At True Blue Architecture no project is too large or too small. We understand that larger, grander aspirations are not always quite within reach but by understanding what is achievable we can help you to plan how to reach your goal. With this in mind we have designed packages of work that can aid you, our clients, at different stages of your property journey, be it producing a consultation package to show you the true potential of a property before you purchase it, a planning package to help you to obtain the all important planning permission to allow you to upgrade or design your new property, or a full building regulations and tender package which will aid you in building or altering your dream home. At True Blue Architecture our opinion is that paying attention to detail in scrutinising a design can lead to the most efficient and effective outcomes. This is why we will always try to provide at least 3 options for a scheme, to evaluate different approaches to solving your design problem. We want to go further then providing just a 2D plan. We want to help you to visualise what your new home, extension or even new bathroom or kitchen are going to feel like. This is why we use 3D models and visuals in our design process. These add a whole new level of detail to a proposal. Not only do these allow us to test different external forms and internal layouts for a property, but we can also test different styles of interior design and even material finishes and paint colours for our clients. This added level of detail always receives great feedback from our clients and sparks new heights of excitement and anticipation for the finished product. Most importantly, we want to design with you. Designing a home, unlike designing a retail space or an office block, is very personal to the owner of that property. This is why we take great care to listen to our clients and engage in as much discussion as required to help us create the best possible finished product.
