We are located on 564 Niagara Street, Buffalo, New York We opened our doors to the community and began to provide quality health care on August 5, 1996. Since that time our office has expanded to include an array of health services. Among other services, our site is fully equipped and available to provide on-site lab services, x-rays, EKGs, spectrometry tests, ultrasounds, venous doppler studies, holters, echos, stress tests and physical therapy. In addition, we offer on-site appointments for specialist's consultations and follow-ups. We are always expanding in this area of providing "quality and total health care under one roof." Dr. Raul Vazquez, M.D. and his entire staff and consulting specialists welcome you and your family to our facility. We are devoted to improving and maintaining your total health and well-being in a friendly, bilingual, comfortable, private practice setting.
