We are the strongest Start-up in Munich! BODY - MIND - SPIRIT We train our emotional, mental and physical sixpacks by using a unique combination of psychology, martial arts and self defense. APPLICATION TO LIFE All of our programs and training sessions are built upon principle and values, that you can apply from the training, directly into your business and daily life. KARMA WORKOUTS Once a week we have a special training, called KARMA-WORKOUT. This session is always donation based. We support social projects with the donations. You're always welcome to join in! Wir bauen unsere Trainingsprogramme auf Prinzipien und Werten auf, die sich direkt aus der Trainingssituation auf den Berufsalltag, sowie auf das gesamte Leben übertragen lassen. KARMA WORKOUT Einmal die Woche finden bei uns die sog. KARMA-WORKOUTS statt. Diese Trainingseinheit ist auf Spendenbasis. Die eingenommenen Spenden gehen an soziale Projekte, also sei dabei und hilf uns weiterhin diejenigen zu unterstützen, die es brauchen!
