Established in the “Roaring Twenties”, Valley Feed is a family owned feed and supply business with it's core market in Northeast Kansas. The business is well respected in its local community and enjoys a long standing relationship with many businesses including local 4-H, local chambers of commerce, city and rotary groups, and large animal production facilities. Valley Feed's diverse customer base is fueled by it's wide feed selection that is produced on-site in a fully equipped milling and grain storage facility. Having full milling and grain processing capabilities allows Valley Feed to focus on producing over 50 floor stocked feeds from finch to rabbit, chicken, ratite, horse, cattle and many other species. The mill also produces highly specialized, proprietary rations for unique niche markets. Customers can trust that the daily focus of our entire team is on quality and consistency. We all participate in ongoing quality improvements whether it’s from our farm, processing, packaging or administrative team. Valley Feed has also gained popularity among regional birding enthusiasts, producing wide selection of wild bird feed and backyard critter mixes. Ingredients not grown locally are sourced from producers throughout a range of states to obtain the best quality warm/cold season cereal, oil seed, and pulse grains. Outside of it's core business function, Valley Feed, also provides a variety of services including; feed deliveries, feeding nutrition and advice, and custom ration development. Attached to the mill is a fully-equipped retail store containing pet food, veterinary supplies, bird feed/feeders, lawn and garden seed, fertilizers and chemicals and a variety of home/lawn/garden decor. This local firm is recognized for its community efforts donating to local charities, and takes great pride in the presentation of its facilities
