The Veterans Business Outreach Center of the Pacific (VBOC) provides entrepreneurial advisory and training such as Boots-to-Business, Reboot, assistance with business plans, social media, marketing, strategies, projections, access to capital and much more to eligible veterans, disabled veterans, reservist, guardsmen, active duty and spouse of military persons in the State of Hawaii, Guam and American Samoa.
