About VCI Emergency Vehicles
VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialists is a Horton, AEV, Medix and Leader Ambulance Dealership which also provides Pre-owned ambulances. The Main Headquarters is a 27,000 square foot complex located in Berlin, NJ, housing our Sales, Graphics, Setup, Service and Remount Departments. Our Body Shop, located a few blocks away from our headquarters, is housed in a 12,500 square foot facility. We have two additional 8,000 square foot Service Centers located in South Plainfield, NJ; Holbrook, NY; and Pittston, PA. Our Graphics Department has the room to work on 5 trucks at a time, while our Service and Remount facility has 14 bays. Our Setup Shop and Body Shop each have 6 bays. In addition, we have a 50 foot spray booth along with a custom node frame machine to handle practically any customer requirement. South Plainfield and Holbrook each have 10 bays and four service employees. VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialists provides Maintenance, Repair, Remounting, Body Work, Graphics and Customizations work. Emergency Roadside Repairs are also provided as needed and we also have an Ambulance Loaner Program available. VCI Service personnel are Ford Motor, Horton Emergency Vehicles, Leader and AEV trained and certified. We are also certified dealers for Braun Mobility Lifts, Whelen, Kelderman Air Suspensions and Road Safety. On the Remount side, VCI is a Qualified Vehicle Modifier (QVM) as recognized by Ford Motor Company.
