Veterans Home Care® is a family-owned company offering its flagship VetAssist® Program which helps wartime veterans or their surviving spouses access a VA benefit and home care. Our clients are served by our nationwide network of home care providers and our unparalleled expertise with the Department for Veterans Affairs Aid and Attendance benefit. We change lives. Our typical clients start from little to no awareness of the VA’s Aid and Attendance benefit to having assistance with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping and more paid by their military service. Home care providers who partner with us increase their client census, including many clients who could otherwise not afford their quality home care and see a difference in their bottom line. Agencies of all sizes, social workers, service coordinators and case managers use us as a resource to help their clients get the VA benefits they deserve. Bonnie Laiderman started Veterans Home Care in 2003 as a solo operation after her experience as a caregiver to her elderly mother. Bonnie led the company to become one of the largest women-owned businesses in the St. Louis metro area and the largest provider of its kind. We’ve expanded to serve all seniors, not just veterans. To address the demands of a growing senior population, we’ve launched affiliated companies to offer technology and software for virtual care options.
